Boring we know! But they’re important and we need to have them to ensure our equipment remains in the awesome condition we strive to keep them in.

See some main points below:

• Machines, equipment and attachments must be cleaned and refueled prior to return.

• $75 cleaning fee applies for equipment returned dirty, may be multiplied depending on degree of cleaning required.

• $75 refueling fee if Excavator is not refueled (HINT: it costs a lot less to fill it up before you bring it back)

• $150 refueling fee if Kanga and/or supplied jerry is not refueled (Kanga carries more fuel so bigger fee, you know how it is.)

• Lost Keys incurs a $150 replacement fee.

• Minor damage to machines, equipment or trailers incurs a $250 repair fee.

• Where damage exceeds $250 the fee will be cost of repairs.

• Trailer lights and brakes are tested prior to each hirer, it is the hirers responsibility to ensure lights and brakes are operating during transport of equipment.

• Drivers in a safe and alert manner at all times whilst towing equipment to ensure safety of equipment, themselves and the community.

• Agrees to use the machine or equipment for its intended use only and does not carry out works or acts that are likely to cause damage or excessive wear beyond what is reasonably expected.

• Is confident in the operation of the equipment being hired (It’s okay, we can teach you how to use it if you don’t know!).
